“A day in a local market during my childhood.” These places are disappearing in Buenos Aires, and the few that remain are refuge and strength of those who still opt for local and healthy production. My father was one of them when I was a child, so I grew up knowing the value of the local products, the effort and knowledge of our workers. Inspired by the tone of the light, the smell in the air, the colours, the sound of the trees and the voice of the local producers.
“Un giorno al mercato rionale durante la mia infanzia.” Questi luoghi stanno scomparendo a Buenos Aires, e i pochi rimasti sono il rifugio e la forza di chi opta ancora per una produzione locale e sana. Mio padre era uno di loro quando ero piccola, così sono cresciuta conoscendo il valore dei prodotti a chilometro zero, lo sforzo e il sapere dei nostri lavoratori. Ispirata dal tono della luce, dal profumo nell’aria, dai colori, dal fruscio degli alberi e dalla voce dei produttori locali.
